Member Rewards Terms & Conditions

FLYCLUB Panel members are eligible to be invited to participate in web surveys and earn cash rewards, Amazon or/and FNAC vouchers.

The nature of the reward offered to you will be clearly stated in body text of the survey invitation, and is subject to change at any time.

Upon successful survey completion, your 'Member Rewards' page will be updated within 3 weeks latest indicating the amount of the incentive, expected date of payment, payment method and a survey reference number. Fraud replies are not rewarded. One membership per household only.

-Rewards are paid  6 to 12 weeks from survey full completion.  

Please note: Flyclub is not responsible if you fail to claim or misplace your incentive.

Flyclub  is not responsible for any technical or human error that prevents or renders any respondent unable to complete a survey. Flyclub cannot guarantee that any member will qualify for a particular survey, and is not responsible for rewarding members who fail to qualify based on the survey criteria or who enter fraud replies. Fraud replies are identified as ?fraud? by Flyclub partners and clients and are not taken into the account for the survey completition. Flyclub clients reserve the right to rule any completed survey invalid at their sole discretion. Any survey participant suspected of tampering with/ or engaging in fraudulent behaviour with regards to participating in Flyclub surveys will be permanently removed from the database.
